Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges if an item does not fit or if you change your mind about the color or design after ordering. Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or one with a manufacturing error, we are committed to making it right. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a claim. To expedite the process, submit a clear photo or video of the product issue through our designated support form. We offer a complimentary reprint or a refund depending on your preference. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or, depending on your billing currency, directly to your account balance.
Print Variations Our digital printing process may result in slight variations in design placement and color. We maintain a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for a reprint or refund.
Unsuccessful Deliveries If your product fails to be delivered successfully, you can choose to have it reprinted for an additional shipping charge or opt for a partial refund. Please contact our customer support for assistance with the process and to choose your preferred resolution.
