Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges Policy


All Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges:

In case of an error in printing, we will ship an exchange out at no charge. Contact us ASAP to take care of the exchange. This needs to be done within 7 days of receiving the product.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, OR you can choose to have the full value, excluding shipping and taxes, applied to a Riff Raff Wear Gift Card!

Your refund won't be processed until we receive your 15% restocking fee and either your returned item or return tracking information sent to riffraffwearonline@gmail.com.

All restocking fees must be paid via PayPal to riffraffwearonline@gmail.com. We do NOT accept Cash, Check, or Money Orders.

Include Customer Name, Product Type, Order Number, and reason for return when requesting a return.

Allow up to 25 days from receiving your returned item for exchanges to be fulfilled.

Our “on-demand” or “made-to-order” process dictates our non-negotiable policies. Each order is a binding contract, indicating us to create what you want to receive!

 

We will NOT process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for:

Custom Products or any user-created products.

“White marks” on our all-over print products.

Worn products, those that emit an odor, or are not in original condition.

Products shipped to an outdated address provided by you.

Orders delivered for longer than a 14-day period.

Unapproved returns by our team.

 

Returns:

Our 14-day policy applies from the delivery date. Unused items in original packaging are eligible. Worn items, including those worn to festivals, will be shipped back at your expense.

Several goods are exempt from returns, including intimate or sanitary goods, swimwear, or Gift Cards.

Certain situations may lead to partial refunds.

 

Refunds:

Following inspection, refunds will be processed within thirty days if approved.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

Check your bank, credit card company, and bank again.

Returns / Exchanges:

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are replaceable. Send requests to riffraffwearonline@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Not refundable.

 

Mystery and Festival Packages:

No refunds, exchanges, or returns.

 

Shipping:

You're responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-refundable shipping costs may be deducted from refunds.

Check our website for estimated shipping times for replacements.

Not responsible for international taxes or customs fees.
